FAQ

WHEN CAN I START DANCING?

We accept students from the age of 3! Please ensure they have been to the bathroom and have a water bottle at every class.

WHERE DO I PURCHASE SHOES?

You may purchase both soft shoes and hard shoes second hand through Tara Academy or you can hop on over to our uniform page for details on ordering new shoes.

CAN I STAY AND WATCH?

Parents are permitted to stay and watch our Tara Tots class for children aged 3 - 5. For all other classes, we find that concentration and socialisation with other students is improved without a parent/guardian present. Emergency contact details are required on enrolment in case we need to get in contact with you.

HOW MUCH DO YOUR CLASSES COST?

Our classes start at as little as $10 per class and we accept NT School Sports Vouchers. For our full price list, head on over to our Classes page. Invoices are sent out at the start of each term and we also offer a discount for families with one or more children.

CAN I TRY A CLASS FOR FREE?

Yes! All new students may come and try a class for free to see if they like it! Just let us know beforehand by emailing us.

DO YOU HAVE CLASSES FOR ADULTS?

We sure do! Our adult social classes are a fun way to get fit, learn a new skill and make new friends. Check out our Classes page to sign up for our next 8 week program.
